Who can take this Course ?

• All the safety professional having the prior knowledge in safety and who have completed OHSAS 18001:2007 Internal and Lead Auditors can attend this course and acquire this certificate to enhance their knowledge and migrate their qualification from OHSAS 18001: 2007 to ISO 45001: 2018.

Prerequisites

• Besides some basic organizational knowledge, the participant should have the prior knowledge of the management system and concepts such as: PDCA Cycle, OHS Management knowledge of the requirement of ISO 45001 and the commonly used occupational health and safety management terms and definitions.

Duration of the Course

• This CQI- IRCA Lead Auditor Migration OHSAS 18001: 2007 to ISO 45001: 2018 course duration is for 2- days.
  
  The above course is designed as per ISO 45001:2008 requirements. The total course time devoted to direct instruction and assign team and individual activities shall be at least 16 hours

Assessment

• The participants overall performance is evaluated using two independent elements: first tutors continuous assessment based on his / her participation in the discussion and presentations during the course and second formal written examination which shall be within 180 days of the last day of the course.

Qualification Grades

• The minimum passing grade shall be 70% in written examination

Exams

• A written examination which shall be attended within 180 days of the last day of the course.

Issue of Certificates

• Participants passing continual assessment and written examination will be awarded a certificate of Achievement. EQMS Ingenuity shall send the course certificates within 2 weeks from the date of examination.
  
  For Auditor Registration purposes this certificate shall be valid for five years from the last date of the Course.

Resit

• If the participants got fail in the written examination, they need to re-sit or re- appear in the examination by enrolling for the next schedule of exam and submit the examination fees.
